You agree not to misuse the service, including sending spam or unlawful content, violating WhatsApp or Meta policies, infringing others' rights, or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.

You are responsible for obtaining all required consents from your contacts and for complying with applicable messaging laws and the policies of integrated providers. We may suspend messaging that risks platform compliance.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. You can export your data at any time.

The service, including its software and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant no rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

The service integrates with third parties such as Meta and WhatsApp. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any specific business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases; you may export data beforehand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
